Reg Lindsay - 7 July 1929 - 5 August 2008

We wish to advise all Reg’s loyal fans and friends of his very sad passing on Tuesday August 5th 2008 from Pneumonia after suffering a long illness.

Reg passed away in a Newcastle hospital this afternoon surrounded by his wife Roslyn, daughters Dianne , Sandra and Joanne and their families.

He was a true legend and pioneer of Country music both here and in the United States. Reg is at peace now on the biggest stage of all  His wonderful music will live on forever in our hearts.

A tribute to celebrate Reg’s music career was released on Saturday the 2nd of August 2008.

“ NO DRESS REHEARSAL”.

This collection commences with a selection of his tracks from the early 1950’s all the way through to his last recordings.
